At QC-Shop.com, we want you to shop with confidence. To comply with Shopify Collective’s trust and safety standards, we accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
1. Eligible Returns

Items that are defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon delivery.

Items that arrive with shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence).

Items returned in original condition, with all accessories and packaging, within 30 calendar days of delivery.
2. Ineligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:

Products that are fully functional and free of defects.

Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering.

Issues caused by software, user-installed programs, or viruses.

Returns requested after the 30-day window.
3. Return Process

Contact us at support@qc-shop.com within 30 days of delivery.

Provide order number, photos/video of the issue.

If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label (per Shopify Collective policy).
Items returned without RMA will not be processed.
4. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If the returned item is confirmed defective/damaged, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

If the returned item is found to be fully functional, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs

For approved returns: QC-Shop.com provides a prepaid shipping label (Collective requirement).

For rejected returns: The customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the product is returned as functional.
