Refund policy

At QC-Shop.com, we want you to shop with confidence. To comply with Shopify Collective’s trust and safety standards, we accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligible Returns

  • Items that are defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon delivery.

  • Items that arrive with shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence).

  • Items returned in original condition, with all accessories and packaging, within 30 calendar days of delivery.

2. Ineligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are fully functional and free of defects.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering.

  • Issues caused by software, user-installed programs, or viruses.

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@qc-shop.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide order number, photos/video of the issue.

  3. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  4. Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label (per Shopify Collective policy).

Items returned without RMA will not be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If the returned item is confirmed defective/damaged, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

  • If the returned item is found to be fully functional, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For approved returns: QC-Shop.com provides a prepaid shipping label (Collective requirement).

  • For rejected returns: The customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the product is returned as functional.
